It is 100% cotton. 

A black cotton fabric with stitch detail in rainbow colours printed on to give an embroidered look to the fabric. From a distance this really looks like coloured threads have been stitched on, but it's a smooth cotton print.

Machine or hand wash in tepid water
Do not bleach
Warm iron on wrong side
